   • authorized discipleship, counseling, and accountability partners selected by your church;
   • third-party service providers engaged to process, store, or analyze data on our behalf; and
   • law enforcement, legal counsel, or insurers if Morrison Technologies determines disclosure serves its interests or the interests of your church.

   We do not provide a member-facing opt-out for these disclosures. By using the service, you authorize all transfers.

5. Your Rights and Choices

   You may submit a request to access a summary of the information we hold about you. We may decline, delay, or provide an incomplete summary if your pastor or church leadership invokes pastoral override. You do not have the right to correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your data. Any request to limit use may be treated as a pastoral concern and shared with your church leadership.

6. Children's Data

   The service is not directed to children under 13. The service does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

7. International Data Transfers

   Your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in any jurisdiction where Morrison Technologies, Kingdom Ventures, or our authorized partners operate. We do not rely on adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, or other transfer safeguards. By using the service, you consent to these transfers.

8. Security

   We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. However, no system is completely secure. Because pastors, leaders, and partners may access and further distribute information at their discretion, we cannot guarantee confidentiality or prevent unauthorized redistribution.

9. Changes to This Policy

   We may modify this Privacy Policy at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. If we make changes, the revised policy will be effective immediately upon posting.
